We educate our pupils (aged 15 - 18) in few areas:

In three years program we offer:

1. Mechanical engineering – turner, plumber, car mechanic

2. Electrical engineering – electro mechanic, electrician, car electrician

3. Tourism and catering – waiter, cook, pastry cook

Four years program includes:

4. Hotel management - Hotelier – caterer

We have 12 classrooms (7 of them are big ones), cabinet and workshops for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and tourism and catering subjects, cabinet for catering and practice, kitchen and cabinet for pastry cooks.

Besides school cabinets and working space, companies and business people secure us the space for pupil's practice.

Apart from regular programs the school offers educational programs for qualifications, retraining, 4th degree education and it is authorized for employing pupils and students during the vacations.

Special care is focused on the health, education, pupils who travel from distant parts (we have pupils all around the region of Istra) and excursions for which we think are one of the best ways of working with pupils.

Because of successful organization we have classes only during the morning and early afternoon.

There are many activities for pupils besides our regular programs such as: web team (informatics), poetry group, ecology section, acting group, TIM (team for tourism and marketing), sport activities…

We are in the process of redecorating our attick, for which we hardly found the sources because of the economic situation, although our school has many successes in all the fields and is very well known for its reputation and successes. We are still trying to find the funds for building of an additional part of school that is missing.

We participate in almost every activity that is going on, not just in our region but also on state level and internationally wide.

Parents and student’s councils participate in the school’s activities and are familiar with the projects we’re in.

The school is known as very friendly and cooperative, not only with parents and pupils but also with our partners with who we collaborate.

We are included in William Glassser's project «Quality school», attending seminars and participating in variety of activities. This year we have finished the second phase of Glasser's seminars for which we have got our diplomas.

For it's work the school has received various awards and recognitions. We shall mention only some of them:

• 1999. The recognition of town Rovinj

• 2000. The recognition of regional office

• 2001. The Minister's recognition for successful, creative and qualitative work

• 2002. The Green Flag  and the Certificate  as the symbols of our International Eco    School status
